Eligibility Determination for Delegates at Large

• In order to vote in the Absentee Election, the Delegate at Large must provide their full name, an email address where the eBallot is to be sent, and the basis for eligibility (BOD member or a Regional Representative) to the Registrar of Voter, registrar@lifering.org. Delegates at Large may also mail this information to the LifeRing Service Center. The mailing address is listed below.
• Delegates at Large must register no less than 30 days prior to Congress.
• Once a Delegate at Large has been credentialed (verified that they are on the BOD or are a Regional Representative), they will receive an email from the Registrar of Voter indicating they are eligible to vote.
• Delegates at Large are only permitted a single vote during the Absentee Election
